This time, the shooting was about object photography. Not quite my forte or my goal, but it was interesting to make something of it and learn. No photoshopping involved in these pictures (or any other on this blog). The rhino isn’t cutout, the whole background was built with lights.
Here is the Manufacture des Oeillets (eyelets), a cultural center in the southern suburbs of Paris. It includes a theatre, a contemporary art center and a graphic arts school.
The beginning of this month was the opportunity for me to venture in the backstage of a theatre play and to shoot their final run-through. Nothing less than a midsummer night’s dream by Shakespeare : a rather ambitious choice for a troupe of amateurs, but there’s nothing theatre cannot show with a hint of imagination.
